I was a salty-food girl before surgery, and from what I can tell, it has remained such afterwards, too.  I'm okay with that.  I like homemade cheese chips and kale chips and the thought of dumping is not appealing to me.

Been busy already - 3.5 mile walk with weights done! Since I work the next 3 nights I have had to do some cooking and freezing - done!
So for today...

s - not sure if I'll even have one, maybe some SF popsicles
l - leftover ham and cabbage with turnips
D - chicken fajita (meat, veggies, and cheese only)
s - my favorite - Mint Cookie with a dash of SF chocolate and whipped light cream

Should put me around 75grams of protein for the day!
Thanks, Nik love my lunchables!!

I **heart** a good fried bologna sandwich on white bread, with a slab of onion, and some mustard.

Be happy.

I have an interview at 3pm so I am gearing up for that, getting my resume ready...going to study my application and read a few tips and tricks, then shower, make up and clothes.....so hoping and praying I get this job!  I'm a little nervous but if it's meant to be it will be.  :)

B-  Yogurt and black grapes
L-  Taco Casserole (ate early, didn't want any noises or issues to happen later...lol)
S-  Fruit
D-  No Clue..bought a big back of stir fry veggies at Sam's over the weekend so thinking I might do that....get the hubby to try it....he's not a big veggie eater but he's coming around.
S-   SF popsicle or fudgesicle.

Have a Blessed Day Everyone!

OMG I can so relate about the noises. It's so terrible the sounds my system makes. People don't get that it's NOT because I am hungry!

getting more and more bloated by the day. don't know what's going on with my body. may have to go get some diuretics or something if it keeps up. i've tracked everything i've ate and am staying under 1400 cals and have gone up 6 pounds since monday. irritating.

b - homemade waffle with 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, a little butter and sf syrup. finally found a powder that tastes good doing this (as in i can't taste it at all).
l - probably a shake. not 100% yet.
d - saved the leftover sauce from my chicken picatta the other day and am gonna attempt making a chicken soup with it.
s - probably string cheese and grapes

cleaning up the apartment because my mom gets in at 8am tomorrow and going to the gym at some point.

STILL sore from Monday! Not near as bad, but it's pretty up there still. It's awesome.

Last night I went to Zumba, then ran/walked for 15 minutes after. I meant to go before, but I had to stop off at WM after work to pick up some yogurt for breakfast today and some cash for my daughter.  I can't wait until she gets her first paycheck from her new job. She started in the middle of a cycle so it's three weeks before she gets paid. Next Tuesday I think it will be. Last night's workout session burned 530 calories in 80 minutes.

I closed the day at 1298 calories in with 2305 calories burned by 9pm (I took my BMF off to shower and never put it back on - so it was probably more like a 2500 calorie burn day!).

Today's eats:

24 oz water
B - Fage, cherries, splenda
s - decaf hot green tea with splenda, 48 oz water minimum
L - 1/2 Joseph's Bakery pita spread with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese and filled with 2 oz canned lemon pepper chicken breast (never tried this before, usually I get the plain), 20 grams raw spinach, a few banana pepper rings and 3 oz cottage cheese. Topped with lots of pepper. It's totally filling and only 186 calories!
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
D - no idea! Hubby didn't take anything out to cook last night so I had the pita thing, if he doesn't today it'll be the same. He's off work again today.
s - If calories are low maybe another protein drink, or a nsa skinny cow ice cream sandwich. Yesterday my calories were so low after dinner that I had BOTH.

Today's dos:
I'm torn. I want to go to power yoga tonight since I missed Monday, but there's a support group I wanted to try to go to as well. They are in neighboring cities (and we're only talking 10-15 minutes apart where I live) at the same time. I think I want to try the support group again. I went to it once pre-op but it was a joke. Perhaps it's changed. I guess there's nothing to it but to try it, right?
