I gave stats for that? Funny, because I usually don't for my recipes!

But serving size is individual (one reason I won't give stats). So you cut it to the size YOU want it to be. I use a 13 x 9 baking dish and it makes 9 servings for me. Your mileage may vary. That's why it's important to figure the stats using the ingredients YOU used and how many slices YOU make from it so you know for sure.

I've done this for yrs.  I choose hard cheese that I like and cube.  I prefer turkey or ham that I have baked or slice rotisserie chicken.  I use to cut up fruit and/or veggies and make my own dip when I worked.  It's easy to prepare a nice lunch for work - it is just doing it.  LOL

And, It is much better than what the kids get at school lunch.  I keep hearing school lunch is suppose to be getting healthier.  My granddaughter said the cost went up at her school for healthier lunch but the lunch didn't change.

i love the cutting into circles! i just cut the cheese *hehe* into squares, and fold up the ham (my lunch meat of choice). but i usually go for the crackers, or tomato slices. boar's head ham was on sale at my grocery store this week and i was so excited i bought a whole pound... now the trick is eating it all...
