I love me some Lunchables but I don't love that cracker action. It gives me a carb coma! Check out my lower carb and (dare I say...more grown up) version on Bariatric Foodie!

I bought a lunchable a few months ago.  It tasted like ass, and I don't remember them being ass-tasting before.  These are so cute!  And probably taste like food!

Giiiiiirl, ever since I discovered Boar's Head specialty flavors I have been loving the deli. Have to stop myself from having more than a serving a day (sodium). I am a spicy gal and that jerk turkey is right up my alley!

I LOVE Boar's Head stuff. Their picante provolone is one of my favorite go-to cheeses. They make good sausages too, especially if you like kielbasa.

Do you get Food Network Magazine? In the July issue Iron Chef Michael Symon was trying to convince ME that I could MAKE sausages.

BWAHAHAHAHA! I'd prolly give everyone salmonella or something.

But it is an intriguing idea. And that was a random thought, I know.

I don't get the magazine, but love Michael Symon. Sausage is pretty easy! Michael Ruhlman's book, *Charcuterie* is the best reference I've found for doing it. I've made soppressata and pepperoni from there, and boerewors from a recipe my boss gave me.

Hmmm...I may have to investigate. Just the thought of having sausage casings in my fridge makes me a bit giddy. I love playing with food!

That's a great idea, and so many many options for customization.

Cute idea and sounds yummy!  I've been looking at your recipies and they all sound amazing.  You are so creative and imaginative!  Thanks for sharing them all with us.

One question:  How do you determine how big a serving is?  I was just looking at your Taco casserole recipie and didn't see a serving size specified, although I did see the nutritional stats.
Thanks!
