What's for dinner - Tuesday!

I am sort of torn. I sorta wanna make a homemade Lunchables deal (with cukes instead of crackers) but I know damn well that ain't gonna hold me.

Maybe tuna? Yes, I know I am random about dinner. When the divas return I'll go back to being June Cleaver but in their absence my dinners look a lot like Paul's (chicken, an egg, pork...lol).

I know one thing. I am carrying my arse to B-E-D tonight! I'll probably watch the Olympics. But I did not sleep at all last night then got up and did Body Pump which means I am in for some pain tomorrow and if I don't attempt to sleep tonight (and I am not above Zzzquil, y'all) I will crash. Hard.

So anyway, here's what else I had today:

Pre-workout: Arnold thin with the very last of my PB (praise Jeebus!)/NSA peach butter
Post-workout: Decaf Click/Skim
Lunch: 2 Proteiny Zucchini Fritters w/ greek yogurt dipping sauce
Snack: Regular Click/Skim

ETA: I went with the Lunchable cuz frankly I may not be awake to eat anything else.

I cannot tell a lie. We took a homemade lasagna out to thaw this morning. I am under the weather and so lasagna it is! I actually can't eat that much of the pasta part. I tend to eat "around" it.

Oh chile, please!

If the point of this whole thing is to eat heathfully and eating healthfully includes all things in moderation, I don't see the big deal about some lasagna.

Just ate some chicken and I am hurting. I seriously ate too much, 1thigh and half a wing and now I want to die.

No taco casserole, some day soon....

I had chicken salad today and I did not like the way it sat in my tummy or throat. Now I am scared to eat eggs.

 I had my surgery 6 days after you. When did you start trying foods to see if you can eat them? And do you just chew the chicken up really good?

 At my 1st post op appt my doc said to move onto soft foods. I did not move on until I got the go ahead from my surgeon.  Everything I try is trial and error. I need to cut my food smaller but dark meat chicken goes down fine usually. Take small bites and chew well.

It is kind of warm here in Detroit so today I had 2 premeir chocolate protein drinks during the day with my water. My hubby is cutting up a seedless watermelon so I will have some of that with some feta cheese. I may have a chicken wing from yesterdays BBQ?

 the plan was some mini meatballs with ricotta and then go to zumba and then some fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. but i'm feeling all sorts of off today, woke up with a headache and some neck pain. headaches gone, neck pain is still kicking and i'm feeling light headed everytime i stand up. zumba isn't til 8:15 so we'll see but if right now is any indication i'll be skipping the workout today. food probably won't change (hopefully) but dinner won't be til around 7 since i just finished up my shake about 1/2 hour ago.
