I think I broke my stall

I am down .8 over the weekend. I'm so happy. I don't even have to see huge drops to get excited. It's the little things :-)

I hope it keeps up. I have been working out hard and getting to my protein goal of 100 grams and 100oz of water daily.

Thanks to the vets for the words of wisdom and thanks to everyone for the words of encouragment. I appreciate all of you. This would be impossible to do with out you all.

Congradultations.  Considering our surgery dates and starting stats are almost the same, you are doing great!  I have been stuck at the same weight for almost 4 weeks now.  I too am always happy for any reduction, not matter how small.

Keep it up!

I had my surgery 11/28/2011 and have been stalled the last 4 weeks too.

So glad I saw this post tonight. I'm getting back on the "good train". I'm going simple carb free from now on. NO more fooling around.  Gonna up my water to at least 64 oz a day...no excuses. Gonna get 80+ grams of protein in and more when I can. This madness has got to stop. I'm so afraid that I'm going to lose my malabsorption and still be freggin fat. Let's support each other.

Deal! We can support each other. It really seems upping my protein water and excercise is helping. I really haven't introduced many carbs and will keep it that way. Definitely no white carbs at all!! If we keep working it we will be successful.

It happens! I know what will make me eat wrong. I was a carb fiend preop so I think I am just scared to add a lot of starch. This whole surgery and process is such a crazy learning experience.
