My Surgery was on may the 30 and I lost 54 pounds and i am happy as I can be!!!!

I believe at 6 months out I had lost about 70-80 lbs and at a year I was at 120lbs. I'm now 14 months out and am at 132lbs lost with about another 5-10lbs to go.

I will be out 6 months next week and as of today i'm down 103 pounds. I never thought it would really happen. I stalled out for about 6 weeks. I had to change the amount of calories I was taking in, I was eating too little. The scale got moving again. Good luck with everything!!!
