 I love morning workouts. If I don't go first thing in the morning, it's not gonna happen. I wish sometimes that my kids were old enough that I could get up really early and go. Oh well. 

Had an Atkins shake on the way to work.

I have a Jimmy Dean DLite sandwich in the micro now. I'll toss the top english muffin, smear on a little SF blueberry spread, and call it lunch. 

Greek yogurt for snack.

Refried black bean and cheese enchiladas for dinner tonight, with a salad of edamame, corn, cherry tomatoes, and lime vinaigrette.

Today is freaking busy! Appointment fit the kiddo and one for me gym tonight for 90 minute spin but you need to get there so really I will probably get in 2 hours.

I am SO tired today for some reason.

For lunch I had some smoked sausage and some broccoli, more protein than veggie.

For dinner is Nik's taco casserole (I still have to make it, maybe after car pickup of the kiddo and a nap LOL).

I got some click espresso today so i cant wait to make one of those.  Easy way to get more protein in.
