What are you eating/doing today? Tuesday!!!
Just got back from Body Pump. You know I thought it'd be hard to get in the habit of waking at 5 to go but so far it's been manageable. My body is going through some sorta chemical change though. I haven't been sleeping but I'm not tired either. Now in the beginning of my post-op experience this meant my body is burning fat. I hope this is a repeat (?). I do know at this week's weigh-in I was down a whopping 6 lbs.! (But I think that has more to do with the fact that this time last week Flo was on her way...so I will give myself a net loss of 3 lbs. adjusting for that.)
At any rate, if history is any indicator my body will crash eventually, I'll sleep about 10 hours (marathon for me as even normally I rarely sleep more than about 6 hours at a stretch) and then the whole damn thing will start over again. When I exercise, for whatever reason I don't sleep a lot.
So eats for today, as I know them:
1. Peach butter and PB (I had one last tablespoon to use up1) on a WW Arnold Thin
2. Click and Skim post-Body Pump
3. Two Proteiny-Zucchini Fritters w/ my "special sauce" (Light Honey Dijon dressing + Greek yogurt)
4. A Protein Frappe
5. I need to do something with this cabbage I have in the fridge. Not sure it'll be dinner for tonight though. If not, I may go get a box of turkey burgers and have one with cheese and caramelized onions.
6. Greek yogurt w/ half a packet of orange Crystal Light

I am jealous you were at Body Pump! I was supposed to go tonight but there is no way I can go pick up my CSA veggies, walk my dog an get to class in time. Boo- a run for me will be all I'll be able to get in today. I'll be trying to make a version of your Proteiny-Zucchini fritters with summer squash since that is part of my CSA this week.
Breakfast- Grande Soy Latte and later will have Cottage cheese with blueberries
Snack- ham, cheese and pickle rolled up
Lunch- a little bit of taco casserole and scrambles egg white
Snack- nectarine
Dinner- I'm thinking about making a gazpacho

B 2 small flour tortia, 2 egg whites , 1 Kraft singles and 2 slices turkey bacon. Was to lazy to chop up onion and green pepper.
S pineapple and 2 coco lites
Lunch pepperoni on Arnold's sandwich thin with slice cheese and apple sliced
S oatmeal w Splenda
D teriyaki chicken mixed veggies and 1/2 c rice.
Exercise will be 30 min of walking on treadmill and sit ups did gym last night. I alternate days
And still have calories left for a night cap snack if I'd like.

This afternoon I've got spin class and then a 1/2 hour workout with my trainer. I'll be dog tired and will most likely come home and crash.

B: Protein smoothie w/ cantaloupe, mango, and OJ
S1: baby carrots and hummus
L: bean salad w/ shredded chicken breast
S2: vanilla Greek yogurt and 1/2 banana (pre workout)
S3: honey roasted soybeans (post workout)
D: either another smoothie or the remainder of the bean salad and shredded chicken
I've also got some wasibi peas here at my desk in case I get the munchies

I have lots of errands today but going to get in my walk! Still looking like rain but it never did yesterday. Not feeling to zippy today but if I get my walk and lots of water maybe this icky feeling will go away. Trying so hard not to get down about my unemployment benefits being dried up....so thought I'd have a job by now!! Just have to keep working on me! And I know the good Lord will provide. All will be fine.
B- Wendy's chili my hubby didn't eat last night (really made that icky feeling worse-maybe not the best choice but it was super easy).
S- Fruit
L- maybe a greek yogurt and some fruit with splenda
D- taco casserole..gotta get my black beans and scrumptious!!

Well it was certainly a Monday here at work yesterday. But today is a new day. Right. Same old stuff and the same old people but a new day!

D-boneless pork chop, some bean of some sort, carrots
Maybe. Suddenly I am not feeling a pork chop. Put a bag in the fridge to thaw but maybe those will be tomorrow. More in a breakfast mood really.
