Does D3 hurt your pouch too?

I have an extreme amount of nausea with vitamins. D3, calcium, and b12, and iron are my bad culprits. I get b12 shots now, and found a calcium that doesn't do it so much. The other two, I've had to suck it up and use zofran, and recently switched to scoplomine patches. They've been pretty good for me.

What kind of iron do you take?  I ask because while ferrous sulfate often causes nausea, carbonyl seldom does.

You might also want to switch to taking a large dose of D3 once or twice a week instead of taking it daily, if in fact you are taking it daily, because at least then you wouldn't have to worry about the nausea every day.

I am working with a dr on the once a week dosing for me, as I suffer from it being low even preop. I take niferex iron. I have to order it online as I can't find it locally.
