I know some of the abreviations on OH but I don't knwo this one and a few others.Cpuld someone translate for me?

I am pretty sure it means you are out of the 200's and into the 100's

Onederland=less than 200 pounds, so when you drop into the 100-199 range

Onderland is when your weight reaches the 100's so 199lbs you ahve made it to wonderland
NSV is Non Scale Victory when you have reached a goal that isn't weight related
SV is when you hit a number on the scale/ personal goal

Thanks guys ! Is there one for when a person who hit 299? I started at 467 in jan 2012 and am now 389. Proud of my self heck ya!
