 Two suggestions:

1) get a pair of running shorts/capris that have a zipper pocket in the back.  I have pearl izumi.. unfortunately now that I upgraded my phone it won't fit, but a key and a sandwich baggie with id and some cash will.

2) I also like to use a cycling jersey when I run sometimes because they always have 2-3 pockets in the back of the shirt.

you can get a Tri top.  It is cut a little different than a Cycle jersey and has the same pocket configuration. Plus most are sleveless!

I've never used one, but looking at teamestrogen.com looks like they also have a built in bra so they act as a swim top as well.  The jersey I like to run in as a Terry sleeveless cycling jersey.. but it's very "relaxed" on me because it was actually one of my pre-op cycling jersey's.

Good tip, Paul.
