Good luck, I know that you will do your best, and even if you don't all the way, you'll have the triumph of having put yourself into the effort.

Of course you can do it. You're awesome.

But I wouldn't be me if I didn't ask why you are wanting to do that in such a short amount of time?

Like I said I have 100% confidence in you but having known you as long as I have I know you've expressed several times that you didn't go through this process to be on a diet so I had to ask.

But if you're gonna do it, I'm gonna cheer you on. And I will make such noise when you reach your goal (or shut up...if you'd prefer).

Love you, girl! Go for the gusto!

The short time frame is because I didn't even realize that I wanted to be back at goal until the day before yesterday, LOL!!  If I cannot buy myself a new car for my 50th birthday, I can at least be at my goal weight.  Or close to it.  If I don't stay there (again) and bounce back up those 5 pounds (again) then I will know without a doubt that my body wants those extra 5 pounds.  (I suspect it does given my previous efforts to get back there.)

Nope, no dieting for me.  Just being REALLY serious about following the rules.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
