So far a spoonful of peanut butter. Okay, maybe two. But small ones. I gots no desire to eat, so maybe I'll have some cottage cheese and spinach later or something. It's already 830, so maybe not. Maybe just a protein bar or some mint cookie protein. I'm at less than 800 calories so maybe even both. Only at 83 grams of protein. A bar would put me at 103 grams. Still way low. A drink would get me to 118. Still too low. Both would put me at 138 grams. Better. And still under 1200 calories.
Since I just answered the whatcha eating today thread I haven't had time to deviate, so it was gluten free homemade pepperoni mushroom, onion, fresh mozarella pizza. Yummy.
And my word that defines when you are sitting in the pedicure chair letting the water swirl around your feet and the attendant is massaging your calves and the vibrator on the chair is working out all your kinks is called "peditation"... And I need me some of that!
