What's for Sunday dinner?
RNY on 07/24/12
I ate 1 chicken thigh and some broccoli. Chicken seems to go down the easiest when I cut it into small pieces. The broccoli wasn't as soft as I would like it but I made sure I chewed it well. Now I am pretty full. Maybe I will have some no sugar added canned peaches later if I am hungry, which I doubt I will be.
I took a nap this afternoon so I wasn't feeling very hungry, but I had some pintos and cheese. Anymore more solid than that didn't appeal to my mind or pouch.
Here's what I had for my other meals:
B: Protein Shake
S: Mixed nuts
L: Salad w/ chicken
S: Babybel cheese and the nuts I didn't finish earlier for my morning snack.
D: Refried Beans
I'll probably have an apple w/ peanut butter or some greek yogurt for my evening snack.

I ended up having scrambled egg, turkey bacon, tomato slices on a Ww fajita tortilla for dinner.
I have eaten like a fiend today.... but I don't really feel bad about any of my choices. Not even the McDonald's oatmeal.
I think that is one key to easing my frenzied food-fests - the more I tell myself I "can't" have something, the more determined my inner brat seems to be ... either to have that particular "something" or to make up for it in a different binge. When I go into it with "ok, if you want to have oatmeal that is fine, but you will need to leave off the evening snack... you choose" - I seem to do better.
