The site may have changed but this board did not. You all know what time it is.

Whatcha eating?

So far here's my plan:

1. Breakfast sammich: WW Arnold Thin + 1 fried egg + 1 slice cheedar cheese
2. Jimmy John's Beach Club Unwich (I nearly died of sheer pleasure)
3. In about an hour or so I'll have a Protein Frosty
4. Not sure. I am going to very irrationally go and get my feet did (even though I am broke as hell) so maybe I'll pick up an irrational McD's Southwest Salad on the way out?
5. Greek yogurt + blueberries + Splenda + Fiber One

I was wondering where this was today!

Breakfast: Coffee, sweet sweet elixir of life.
Lunch: 4 oz. baked salmon with broccoli and green peppers.
Snack: Frozen yogurt! (Going to Georgetown for a tattoo consult and there's a really good place there.)
Dinner: Making steak and eggs with leftover filet from last night. Sauteed zucchini on the side.
Snack: Yogurt and strawberries

Joe asked me to make him iced shortbread cookies, so I will probably have one or two of those. I usually make a log of dough and freeze it so we only cut and bake a few at a time. Much easier to keep from going binge-crazy that way.

YES IT'S FRIDAY!! Have a great one, all!

Another night of only a couple hours of sleep... breakfast with friends, workout with the trainer, help my mom, counseling appt, massage appt, packet pickup for tomorrow's 5k.
I am HUNGRY so gonna have to do better for snack / dinner than I have done so far today... nothing (no-thing) dense and protein even this late in the game!

B1 - click
B2 - 1 fruit/nut ww pancake (banana, pecan, strawberry) w/ peanut butter
L - 1 more pancake
S - the 3rd pancake (seriously)
- about 1/2c chicken pot pie leftovers

Planning on meatloaf, veggies, peppers for dinner and either A quest or my beloved turkey bacon tortilla.

I was going to go "window shopping" for a bike today, but I feel a nap coming on instead.

It's my TOM, so for some reason I don't get hungry when my periods around. So I had chili for breakfast, and most likely, that'll be lunch and dinner too. Does anyone know why my hunger disappears when im on my period? The week before I'm always hungry, but the week of, poof! It's gone. Maybe I'll post this question. Okay, sorry for the small rant...

I need to break this damn dry cereal outta the box binge I've been on the last two days.  I did it again TWICE yesterday.  We're talking 3+ cups of dry cereal over the course of the evening.  Just munching.  Blah.

Eats:
B - fage, cherries, splenda, Fiber One
s - hot green tea with splenda
L - 1/2 pita filled with 2 oz chicken lunch meat, 2 oz cottage cheese, laughing cow wedge, and 20 grams raw spinach.  160 cals and I was stuffed to the brim.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water.
D - something with ground beef I think. It's thawed because I didn't cook it last night.  Or maybe dinner out.

Today's dos:
No workout, but I NEED to clean out/organize my kitchen upper cabinets.  The chaos is taking over.  I have soooo many wine glasses and I don't even drink.  I should pull them out.  Use my Pinterest power and dip the stems in chalkboard paint and turn them into Christmas presents... hmmm...

And my vitamin stash is taking over the plate/bowl cabinet.  I have enough to last through the middle of next year... gotta love sales and coupons!
