Arby's Beef n' Cheddar with no bun??

The meat is moist, the protein is high at 33gm (but so is the sodium -1700 ).  The carbs are 44, but I assume quite a bit less with no bun.  Is this considered an ok option?  It's hard to tell when I can't find any stats on the sandwich WITHOUT the bun.  What are your thoughts?  Thanks!  Oh, I am basing nutritional info off the "Medium Beef n' Cheddar" sandwich.

Um...from a health standpoint it's sort of a nightmare but without the bun technically it is low carb.

The cheese sauce is full of fat and calories, so I would just get a regular roast beef instead. I am 5 years out, though, and I find Arby's beef difficult to chew up sufficiently (and I know that it would not have made my pouch happy during the first few months).

edited to add: I looked it up to see exactly how much the cheese sauce adds... HALF of the 540 calories are from fat!

Digesting beef at 5 weeks post op may bre difficult. Most protocols delay beef until later on except ground beef in chili. DAVE

I saw on an older post, that Arby's adds fat to their roast beef to make it moist. I have no way of knowing if this is true, however.

There is no way I could do any beef at this point (6 weeks). I tried ground beef and even some filet mignon. The filet mignon went down like silk but it did not digest for hours, my pouch was very angry too!

Just a few days ago I had an appointment with my surgeon who said beef was okay as long as it was really tender.  I guess everyone's plan (and tolerace level) varies.
