Woot!
Went to bed around 0100, up at 0400 to work overtime 0500-00700. Went home and managed a nap until 0900, then helped my mom and raced back to work for a project I call "insanity" from 0930-1130; then spin class from 1215-1245. Now back to work for an 11-12hr shift ending between midnight and 0100.. the crazy thing? I feel really good! It is STORMING outside and I sit by a wall of windows - I am in my happy place.
My trainer did tell me it looks like our PT sessions will be changed in September, which will make them more expensive -but I will just have to cut somewhere else because I just can't imagine doing this alone.

L - Kashi Blueberry waffle, peanut butter
S - birthday cake (if my "food chaperon" is in the meeting, otherwise I have instructed a random guy to keep me from the table)

D - chicken pot pie, green beans, cabbage, peppers
