Who wants a Protein Frosty?
After much ado...a little testing...and a whole thread on the Bariatric Foodie Facebook page about naming...I have published my method for producing a Protein Frosty. You can use whatever ingredients YOU like. I've tried this method with several different proteins. Each yielded the same Frosty texture (although some tasted better than others!)
