DINNER! Wednesday

I am not thinking of dinner right now. No, right now I am in the midst of consuming an EXACT replica of a Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty. Yep. And I am not thinking of anything else.

This is not my dinner but how can one think of dinner with thick, icy, chocolatey goodness in your mouth?

Here’s what else I ate today:

1.      Click/Skim milk

2.      Spicy Quinoa and Tomatoes

3.      This wonderful concoction of protein and ice…

I had a NuGo Go Slim bar, Quest bar, a small amount of fresh pineapple (love it but it has WAY too much sugar for my pouch), and a bag of Full Bites (cheddar cheese)... I was on the go all day. This is the first time I am in the office today and quittin' time is in less than an hour.

Dinner = fresh chicken salad made with a combo of plain greek yogurt and lite mayo... and a tossed salad.

Snack tonight - most likely dark chocolate Bariatric Choice protein pudding with SF Cool Whip and toasted slivered almonds on top.

B - scrabled egg white with left over chicken from last night's fajaita dinner.

snack - 5 almonds

L - A slice of lean deli ham, FF cheddar single on a wheat crisp

snack - SF jello pudding cup

D - homemade lentil/turkey sausage soup

snack - MINT COOKIE (my fave) protein shake with FF milk

Glad I made a large amount of the lentil dish - freezing it and taking it to work, it was yummy!!

Insane day at work and I have 6hrs to go. Awesome.
Overtime 0500-0700 this morning, then a nap, help my mom, a swim, help my mom, pick up my prescription, lunch, nap, work. Ot tomorrow. Lots of it.

B - click w/ skim milk
L - chicken pot pie,green beans, cabbage, pepper, tomato
- SF lemon pudding
S - strawberry protein
- cottage cheese w/ PB and berries
D - same as lunch
S - hebrew national 97% FF hot dog, no bun, w/ cheese
- ww fajita tortilla w/ turkey bacon, tomato

Cal - 1658


edited - I forgot I also had a chocolate protein - but it was included in the calories, just not this list

Breakfast-Grande Soy Latte
Lunch- Italian lentil soup and I cave and ate 1/2 slice of cheese pizza.
Dinner- 1/4 cup chili and 2 eggs
Dessert- SF Choc pudding cup

Today was a funky day

all I ate today was a 1/4 cup of Wendy's chili and a sugar free fudge pop. I grocery shopped today for soft foods so I am better prepared now

I've eaten very little today. Apparently, when I feel like crap, my appetite disappears. That, and swallowing hurts my ears.

I had greek yogurt for breakfast. (120 cal, 18g protien)

Lunch was half a bowl of Chunky vegetable chowder with a scoop of Unjury chicken protein. (250 cals, 18g protein)

I had an Atkins peanut bar for snack. (160 cals, 15g protein)

Dinner will likely be the rest of my soup and maybe a slice or two of the leftover pizza. (it's thin, cracker crust, cut into 2" squares. Not regular pizza slices) (roughly 350 cals, 25g protein)

So, total - 780 calories and 76g protein. Not shabby, considering I feel like I've eaten almost nothing today.

 Oh it was loverly. I made it out of a new protein Frappe mix I've been reviewing. 

Sigh...LOVE!

It's called Fit Frappe. I'll be doing a giveaway later this month on Bariatric Foodie. :)
