I'll probably just have a chicken salad. Simple and easy.

My hubby will have some chicken breast, rice and beans and probably some left over cake. I still cook for him, just healthier stuff. No more hotdogs, burgers and pizza. He's lost like 50 lbs just eating healthier. As long as he's getting fed, he's a happy camper!

I'm coming down with a wicked case of sinusitis, and my whole body hurts. My back is hurting from schlepping kids up out of the pool all day yesterday, and the back of my skull and my sinuses are hollering. Hurts to talk, hurts to sit with the light on... Ug. Early bedtime tonight.

Dinner is pizza. I'm not ashamed.

I ordered myself an extra thin, cracker-crust chicken pizza with black olives and mushrooms. It's delicious, and I don't have to cook or wash dishes.  Win win.

I'll go back to real life tomorrow after I've had my neti pot and a good night's sleep.

I had such a better day yesterday and today! I have felt hungry, but I didn't let myself do that panicked "I must eat NOW" thing. I have an infamous Nik thread saved in my favorites "Hunger is not an emergency" (http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/rny/4513303/Re-post-Hunger-is-NOT-an-emergency/ )
so I read it... I sat with my hunger. Sometimes it passed, sometimes it gnawed on me but I refused to get a frantic "feed" on. One day at a time, but this day has been good.
In other news - worked out with the trainer and she pushed me to some new accomplishment and I am SO thrilled! I did 24 tobada intervals on the TM (20sec sprint, 10 sec rest, 12 min total) ranging from 5.5 - 8.5!! WOOT!) and then as part of the strength training she changed me from the 12" box to the 18" box for my box jumps and I did it!!

B- P28, egg, turkey bacon, tomato slice
L - Kashi blueberry waffle, peanut butter, 1/2 banana
S (post gym) - 1/2pc P28 w/ peanut butter and piece of banana
- other 1/2 of peanut butter / banana sandwich
- Click
- almonds
D - chicken pot pie, squash, green beans, cabbage, tomato slices
S - greek yogurt with nectarine
- ww fajita tortilla, turkey bacon, slice tomato

Yeah, tons of food, but reasonable portions and takes me to 1678 calories. My calorie goal for non-gym days is 1500, so for a tough workout I think I am ok, huh?

I'm also trying REALLY hard to remember that "hunger is not an emergency".  I've been so hungry and snacky recently, and I'm definitely up a couple pounds.  I was trying to blame it on that time of the month, but I think that it's time to face up & cut back.

Anyway, dinner was leftover super-garlicky taco casserole.

I've also eaten:
Breakfast - Fage 2% strawberry yogurt
Snack - .75 oz almonds, peanuts & pistachio mix
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs
Snacks - .75 oz mixed nuts, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a few cherries

I'm fighting the urge to eat cookies & candy, my usual nighttime nemesis.
