I'm having one of those days where I feel like I could eat everything in the freaking kitchen....so I've tried to stay out of the kitchen. So far I've only strayed by eating 1 slice of turkey pepperoni from my daughters lunch plate.

Early: Oatfit 100 cal oatmeal
Breakfast: Egg white omelet w/cheese
Lunch: 1 slice turkey pepperoni and a chicken deli meat sandwich
Dinner: Turkey tacos minus the shell

All for 775 calories..I'm hoping to make it to the gym for an hour later on..we shall see (:

Yesterday I pre made breakfast for a few days while I was feeling good.

Flat out Italian herb wraps
Pre roasted diced peppers and onions, about 6 T so left overs is great or any last over vegies you like.
Pre cooked bacon, turkey, chicken, ham, sausage ect. Again lthink left overs.
6 eggs

Cut flat out with round cookie cutter and place in bottom of sprayed cupcake tin.
Then add vegies, meat and top with an egg. Bake at 350 until egg is set.

I package them in small round plastic containers, the kids can just microwave a few seconds and they are ready to go. They eat them here any time of the day.

I'm having hospital food, I know not good planning but on my way to visit my Mom. Hopefully she'll have her gallbladder out tomorrow, she's been in since Friday.

Nik, no Girl Scouts during the summer, we switched troops and have been having fun at least once a month this summer. I am craving the schedule that the school year brings. Even with the craziness since my daughter is at the fundraisingest school ever.

We don't have Girl Scouts in the summer either. I was alluding to wishing it was fall (which is when my girls come back! Well almost fall...the beginning of the school year.)

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

Very true, I'm sure it's hard to give up your girls for the summer.  I'm  a single Mom also and can't imagine having to do that.

Today has been a pretty decent eats day

Protein shake for breakfast
Chili (very super meaty chili, low carb) for lunch
4 saltines and cheeseheads for snack

Supper is out with the bariatric support group, so probably something that is not good, but thinking of the village greek salad and a chicken breast, we'll see if that's what I actually order though LOL
