On a weight loss effort:
- Full sugar ice cream
- Soda
- Pringles or Doritos
- Most Chinese food (also, the fat makes me extraordinarily ill)

Personal preference:
- Pork products of any kind.
- Excessive bread. I'm just not a fan. Even pre-op, I would often remove the top slice of bread from sandwiches.
- White fish
- Aspartame-sweetened products
- Candy bars (weirdly, I didn't originally include this, because I no longer really see candy bars as food, let alone something I would be allowed to eat. They're entirely off my radar.)

Things I keep away because I will consume way too much:
- Fruit juice
- Sweetened yogurts
- Full calorie salad dressing

Thank you for posting the Pringles...lol I tore up about 10 BBQ pringles chips yesterday! My 3 yr old grandson brought them over and I could not resist the temptation! Thank goodness that I seen your post because I forgot to add them to my fitness pal! lol

Almost everything

but it's not a measure of permission, it's more just a mutually exclusive thing. Like I eat 8 things and nothing else.

Thinking of stopping eating because I'm blimping out crazily. Not really

cake and ice-cream

I do bake a lot but don't eat it since RNY.

I drew dessert for a function we do once a month with 5 other couples.  Usually I take homemade cobblers, cakes and such.  My DH and I love parfaits so I'm thinking about making enough of the following from The WLS  Cookbook for Dummies:

Peach Parfait
1/2    cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4    cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/4    cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4     teaspoon vanilla extract
2        tablespoons sugar substitute
2        medium peaches, peeled and sliced
Yield: 4 servings

calories   80
fat   2g
cholesterol   5 mg
Sodium    130 mg
Carbohydrate  11g
Dietary fiber    1g
Protein   7 g
Sugar     8g

I usually can't eat anything but meat and one bite of veggies but if we don't have dessert right away then I could have 1/2 of serving perhaps.

I'll make this tomorrow and see what my family thinks of it.  I think it sounds good.  I've been making our parfaits with SF vanilla pudding or Greek yogurt so this sounds like a way to switch it up.
