For me it is definitely anything chip/crisp related.  I buy, then throw the box out when I can't control myself.  Then I think I'm better, so I buy some more and end up throwing it out..so I should just stop..I love pita crisps, the spicy ones..gah..

And one week a month..chocolately goodness.  I have discovered sugar free reese pieces and russel stoffer chocolates and they are the devil too.  I don't dump from the sugar alcohol but they wake up my hunger like no one's business.

I'm am now trying pork rinds for my 'crunch'  they have 7 g of protein and only one gram of carb per serving..gosh anything to get that crunch..I miss that.

Oh I love me some pork rinds. I've been wanting chips today. I think that's what I'm gonna get instead!

Hmmmm... you can't count those 7 grams of protein though.  It's all collagen.  It says right on the bag that it is not a  a significant source of protein.  Cuz the protein is essentially "junk" and is useless by your body.

Tasty though sometimes.  Enjoy them!

Thanks, my bag doesn't say that!  I usually try to have my protein in before I 'snack' and I like that these are low carb, but I definitely will not be adding the protein or at least using it to reach my goal.

I just have to take a trip down to the US so I can buy the flavoured one, they just have the salted ones here and they are harder to find.

They seem to be working and I don't eat many of them so that's good too

I cannot stand the thought of Bread, sugar, fried foods or MEAT! If it is from an animal, I cannot stand to smell it cooking, look at it and let alone try to eat it.

This includes eggs and milk. I can eat cheese sticks and Blue cheese but that is it for dairy.

I had the meat problem immediately post op.  But I pushed through it because I knew that with my limited cooking skill, I didn't dare try doing this completely vegan/veg.  It balanced out after a while.
And now I have a minor..minor...addiction to cheese!

Cheez-it's! I can't stop eating them if they're at work. At home, they're in the cupboard but I can ignore it, but at work, if they're there, I have to eat some. Also any kind of nut. Especially cashews and macadamias! I LOVE them! So if I do buy some, I will put them in a 1/4 cup container and that's all I get for the day. I also love popcorn, but that is the one thing I will allow myself to eat. I only eat about 1/2 a cup, and most times, not even that. I just like the saltiness.

Peanut butter and nuts.  I could eat peanut butter by the spoonful.  I also have to stay away from "healthy" crackers, breads etc.  I can stay away from cakes, fried food, etc, but my mind tries to convince myself that things like triscuts aren't that bad.  Next thing I know I have grazed an entire box.
