I just got some yesterday. The one I got comes in packets. It is so awesome! I added it to my morning shake to get my first calcium dose of the day. No taste and mixes well. Love it!! I totally reccomend it to anyone looking for an easy way to get in their calcium.

I too have been using it.  You are right, it is so easy and you can mix it in anything.  I have yogurt first thing in the morning so there is my first dose right off the bat.  I could change over to pills but this is easy peesy and not expensive.  It's important that we get the calcium, plus I am 59 so the older you get whether you have had WLS or not we need it to protect us from osteoporosis.   Jane

Yep!  I have been using it for at least one daily dose (sometimes two) for 3.5 of the 5 years since my surgery.  It is easy and -- if you buy the canister with the scoop instead of the packets (which I also buy for when traveling) -- is priced well... $20 for 100 servings.

Yeah that is a good idea. I am going to buy the canister. And I do go out of town a lot and the packets would be perfect for that. I already make little snack size bags with protein powder servings for my vacations.

Where are you buying it for that brice, Lora?  Colonial Medical has the 20 oz canisters for $13.49.  Or are you buying a larger canister for $20?

I get the box with 120 servings in packets for $11.39.

Oh, sorry... I usually get a bottle of vitamins wih it, so that makes it $20 instead.   I have been getting it recently from Global Health where it is $11.50 plus $5 shipping.

OK, that makes sense!  I was thinking, if you were paying $20 for it, you were getting ripped off.

It's really cool because now I will use the upcal in the morning in my shake, then I take calcium citrate pills from costco in the middle of the day and then at night I have a calcium treat (Either bariatric advantage chews or calcet)

I had the hardest time remembering my calcium up until recently and now this routine is perfect. I guess everyone has to find a system that works best for them.
