If we MUST have an NSAID does it matter which one?

 My surgeon allows those of us with arthritis to take Mobic. I was told by my ortho my right knee needs replaced. I'm not sure if the Mobic is helping or the weight loss, but although it is stiff and doesn't bend easily, it has not been swollen and the pain has been minimal.

Pennsaid is available in the US.
