I 'm curious: if you are done losing, which PS procedures would you most want?

I have the same issue at the knees.  I have a designer dress that I love and that i got a great deal on, but it barely covers the knee area when I stand still and when I put it on to wear it for the first time I discovered that my knees (and the puddle of nastiness) show when I walk.  I put on a different dress and that first one has been just hanging in the closet ever since.  Not sure why I didn't just return it...

Yeah. It's dissappointing. I don't mind the upper thigh nearly as much, and I don't have to wear short skirts or shorts, but I'd like to be able to wear something knee length and feel comfortable. :(

I already had a extended panni with a hernia repair . Now trying to get my insurance to cover a breast lift and reduction. Of course they don't want to cover it but I will fight it

I'd love to have my arms done. I wont wear sleeveless and I would love to be able to.
If I had to choose between a Tummy tuck and a boob lift I would go with the tummy tuck. I've always been self conscious of my tummy and I assume it will be more so once I lose all my weight.

Definitely tummy tuck with muscles tightened!  I have a roll of "bread dough" across my lower abdomen that would make any baker jealous!  With the right cut of slacks and longer shirts, I can disguise it, but I'd love to be able to wear slim fitting pants and shorter tops and not feel self conscious.  Plus I'm pretty sure I could go down one pants' size which would be fun (but expensive, I guess.)

My second choice would be to get my thighs done, but I'm pretty scared of that, so I don't think it will  happen.

Saw your posting, just curious...does a TT remove the lower part of fat from below your belly button?

Yes, a tummy tuck includes the whole tummy.  The panniculectomy ONLY addresses the skin below the belly button, though (and doesn't do anything muscle-related).  If you still have fat there, though, and  not just extra skin with some tissue attached, the results will look very different.

I'll play the game..... IF I won the lotto and could afford both PS and the impact time off would have on my practice and IF I could have good pain meds.... First, arms. Then, surprisingly, boobs. They've deflated sadly to the point that not even the push up bras are giving me much pride.
