I 'm curious: if you are done losing, which PS procedures would you most want?

Following on an exchange withg Lady Lithia...

For those of you who have lost all of your weight or about as much weight as you are going to lose, if you have issues with excess skin on multiple areas of your body and you could only afford one procedure, what would it be (or what was it)?  If you could afford two procedures?   (Sorry, but for purposes of this game, I am excluding entire lower body lifts... individual body areas only, please!)

I'm not done losing weight ( I @#$%^&* hope not!) so my answer doesn't count. But--

Neck!
I'm willing to get another job to pay for a new neck. I can cover up everything else, but I won't go the rest of my life wearing scarves up to my chin.

I don't want any.

The only plastics I've considered was a breast lift but I decided that even if I could afford it, I don't want to take the risk.

Yeah, after having my tummy tuck incision turn necrotic, even if I could afford to have my thighs done, I wouldn't.  Not willing to risk going through that again (and thigh lift incisions are notorious for breaking down)!

I had an inner-thigh skin tag with a base diameter approximately the diameter of a dime, and about 3/4s of an inch in length. About a year before I looked into WLS my dermatologist removed it. It took something like six stitches. When the stitches were removed it opened back up as if it hadn't ben in stitches at all. So I had to spend six weeks NOT standing and walking for my teaching. I had no idea I'd be pretty much immobilized for so long (it was three months to heal)

The thought of how difficult and long a tiny little thing took to heal discourages me from even contemplating thigh work. If I did have it, and there was a way to make incisions not exactly between the legs, but instead half way between the line between the thighs and the line that contains the knee cap. I would prefer a visible scar over the difficulties of having incisions between the legs.

Obviously it does not happen to everyone, or even most people, but it is also not uncommon.  (Check out the plastic surgery forum for posts from other people who have had issues.  I know off the top of my head that there are some posts on that forum and this one from Siberiancat who also had tummy tuck necrosis.) Thighs are notorious for necrosis.  Usually if there is a problem with a tummy tuck it is a more limited area than mine (my entire t-shaped incision broke down and I had a roughly triangular crater in my belly for over 5 months).

My arms bother me 1000 times more then any other saggy body part. I have chosen not to have plastics but if I changed my mind, my arms would be first to go. Pre-op I would have thought that my abdomen would bother me most but that part is easily covered.
