What's for dinner - Monday!

1. Half Protein shake with coffee ( I have 2 toddlers)
2. 1.5 poached eggs with melted part skin mozzarella cheese
3. About 4 oz steamed chicken with turkey gravy to moisten it up
4. May have some Greek yogurt later

 Delicious goodness, I swear!

1/2 of a heart health Joseph's Bakery pita with
     1 oz tzatziki
     1 oz chickpeas
     .5 oz blue cheese
     2 oz canned chunk chicken breast (the lazy way!)
     10 grams Bolthouse Farms yogurt ranch dressing

2 inches of cucumber sliced with 5 grams bolthouse ranch
what was left of my hard boiled egg after I mangled... err peeled... it.  So about 3/4 of an egg.

That puts me at about 1100 calories for the day.  I'm gonna have another mint cookie protein drink in a little bit to get me up to 1320.  :)
