Breakfast was a Chike iced protein coffee drink.

Lunch was sauteed zucchini, onion and tomato with cheese melted on top.

Dinner was sliced bell pepper and hummus.

I had a protein bar for a snack.

I think I'm eating some fresh fruit later.

Breakfast was a combination of roasted soybeans and roasted peas

Lunch was a Chike banana + 1 scoop Click decaf Frappe

Snack was my leftovers from Whole Foods the other day: so some artichoke hearts, a bit of salad nicoise, about 2.5 oz cajun tilapia.

Now I am eating Greek yogurt with blueberries and Fiber One.

I have an as-yet-unnamed vegan dish cooking for dinner. I'll post more about it if it is successful.

Ummm.... the I "haven't" eaten list would be shorter.
Throughout the day - click (x2), ww waffle, pbutter, blueberries, chicken, green beans, squash, tomato slices, almonds (x2), cottage cheese, quest and "breakfast" for dinner.

TOtally blew my calories on "pastries" that didn't even taste worth the cheat. Sigh

More exercise tomorrow to work on this calorie blow out.

 B:  1/2 c Yoplait light yogurt
L:  beef/veggis with a little Swiss cheese, 4 oz total
D: southwest chicken and veggies, 4oz
S: string cheese
S: 1/2 pita toasted.

I'm 4 weeks post op.   I almost always do the 4 oz vs just 2.  I feel like this is cheating.....but I know it's  not.
