It isn't very regal or strong...it is more on the practical side. How about,"Fleafood?" Did I get a smile out of you Lora? My sister had a dog by that name many years ago.

As far as Greek/Roman names go, I've always liked:

Titus, Argus, Solon, Ares, Atticus, Brutus, Napoleon, Cosmo, and Otis...just to name a few.  From your picks, I would go with Augustus.

Good luck with your name search...I know how hard i can be to find the right fit!

Thought you would never ask.

Well, if they act like cats and are sometimes less than smart--I always used to call our cat Jack Pot "Jack you idiot!" His friend Edgrrr got used to my mom calling him "You *******!" which he really seemed to like.

Been trying new names for our future kitten on the tom cats. They like the sound of Jack and Joey best. Of course they like the sound of Fancy Feast being opened even better.

Son Number Two was good for Charlie Chan. Khan Number Two sounds good. What with the Olympics on, there should be a nice selection of names parading across the news.

Hunter got his name because he started hunting when only a few weeks old. Wears a desert storm camoflauge collar with pet-size USMC dog tags. Prefers to be known as Killer when on patrol.

Wally can be short for Great Wall. Plenty of Tigers in Chinese art.
