And one last poll: And answer this HONESTLY!
So hard to narrow it down, because generally speaking that covers most of what I ate. But I'm thinking pastries.
-A local grocery store has the best buttercream frosting. I'd buy the cake that looked like it had the thickest frosting. Usually managed to make it last at least a couple days.
-Donuts. Two for breakfast, because how could I choose between them? The big ones from the gas station convenience store.
-Seven layer bars. Coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, condensed milk, graham cracker crust, plenty of butter. Yum.

Wow what a great question and I had a lot of "last hurrahs" the week before my surgery! But here were my favs:
Wendy's spicy chicken with cheese
chinese food (general's chicken) and Umi's spicy chicken
McD's caramel frappe with extra, extra caramel sauce, or the same kinda thing at starbucks
little ceasar's pizza breads
diet coke or mike's lemonade (on the weekend for one day)

I'm still pre-op, but I haven't eaten this particular dish in many months because I value my arteries.
Outback cheese fries. Why are they so good?? It just isn't right.
