There is no way for me to chose JUST one, but here are a few that jumped into my head...

A entire dozen of donuts
A whole Pepperidge Farms chocolate cake
A Big Mac, two double cheeseburgers and large fries
SEVERAL pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream (there used to be
this one with a huge glob of fudge and caramel in the
center)
And the Fiesta Resistance... an entire pound of See's Chocolates

Now... I am off to drink my protein shake... LOL

Nik - I love you polls!

PS - did this poll make anyone feel like binging? It did me for a minute or two... but I'm fine now. A true addict's mind in motion... LOL

Not binge...but I did curse my stomach cuz I know ghetto ghoulash would kill me now.

But DAMN I miss it. I miss grits in general but they are carb coma territory!

I do something similar with a baked bean casserole I make... it takes 3 cans of Bush's baked beans, and entire pound of bacon, a pound of sweet sausage, green peppers and onions (fried up in the bacon grease) and then all of it - including the bacon grease - is mixed together and baked for about 40 minutes... now there's a heart attack on a plate!  People just LOVE it... I made it for a picnic I went to last month and had about a tablepoon... pouch sez... NO WAY SISTAH!  LOL

What didn't I eat?? I have to agree with Kelly - Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey and Salt & Vinegar chips! But I usually cruched the chips into my italian hoagie! What I wouldn't do to have a piece of pizza right now!! Does anyone have a recipe for a healthy pizza I can eat without bread? This topic has me hungry!

I start with a piece of a whole wheat torilla (cuz an entire one is way too much)... I bake it on a cookie sheet unit it's crispy... put some sauce, cheese and meat on top and pop it under the broiler until the cheese melts (I don't like it soggy and it seems that the cheese takes too long to melt if you just put it back into the oven)

The are a lot of varieties out there... check Niks bariatricfoodie.com or theworldaccordingtoeggface.com.

Someone on OH was mentioning pizza crisps where they put pizza cheese mixed with pepperoni or sausage, and maybe some other stuff, right onto a non-stick baking sheet... it melts and as it cools you can roll up and dip in sauce.

Ice cream - pretty much any kind, but really loved Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey
Potato chips - especially BBQ

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!

Oh, that would have to be the family/party sized bag of peanut M&M's in less than 2 days.  I haven't had one peanut M&M since surgery.  I'm sure my pouch loves me for that but oh, those days!
