I have done a lot of exercise (swim 1/2 mile, run/walk 1.57 mile, 30 min spin, + farm chores) today plus working extra, all on 2hrs sleep. I have 6 1/2 hours left on my shift (was supposed to wor****il 1am but the person I was staying for called out today - dangit, there goes an hour OT I have to make up somewhere!).
I had a case of "O M Goodness I am STAAARRRRVING" after spin class and my staff meeting. Most of you will fall over in a dead faint but in the interest of full disclosure - I had 2 full Quest bars. yes, I can eat "that much"

0500 B1 - click vanilla, skim milk, dash of hazelnut SF torani
0930 B2 - WW fajita tortilla, turkey bacon, tomato slices, splat of mayo
L - Kashi Blueberry waffle, peanut butter, 1/2 banana
S - post spin - 1/2 pc P28 bread w/ 1Tbs peanut butter
S - 2 Quest bars
D - Nik's chicken pot pie, steamed squash, green beans, tomato slices, mini-sweet peppers
S - probably another turkey/tomato tortilla and / or Quest

Will put me around 1752-1922 calories... I"m good with that

I ended up having a Whole Foods "tidbit party" (as Eggface might call it). Made up a little container with:

-Cajun tilapia
-Tofu florentine
-Mediterranean mushroom salad
-Artichoke salad
-Salad Nicoise

I got maybe a half an ounce of each. Man, WF food bar stuff fills me FAST though. I think it's because it has a good bit of oil in it. I couldn't fini**** So I have leftovers! Yay.

Rest of the night: might finish the WF stuff. Maybe Greek yogurt/PB. I dunno. Something. But not right now. I am so full!

I am splurging and having a half ear of the first tender corn of the season tonight, along with some roasted chicken.

Otherwise:

B: protein coffee
S: mini NSA yogurt with 2 TBSP Ezekiel 4:9 & puff of cool whip
L: grilled peach slices, with blue cheese and spicy pecans on italian mesclun.
S: 2 Korean pops with melted cheddar
D: 1 tbsp natural pb with a little smuckers NSA caramel and a puff of cool whip.

Water, splashes of milk in coffee and

All told, about 1000 cals, maybe 1100 if I add a late evening snack.

For activity, I did yoga.

Doro Wat. It is a spicy curry-like chicken Ethiopian stew. It is delicious, it is rich, it is spicy. It also hit all the areas I was craving lately. It is also really easy to make.
