I had a protein bar for breakfast, some strawberries for a snack, then some zucchini and tomatoes (both organic, from the farmer's market) sauteed with some shredded cheese metled in it for lunch, and just finished eating the same thing for dinner.  Leftovers, you know.

I have got to go grocery shopping.  My kitchen is pretty bare.  Unfortunately, my checking account is rather bare, as well.  I got paid for some work yesterday but am waiting for that money to make its way from Paypal to my bank account.  Hopefully it hits my account by tomorrow, because I plan to go shopping tomorrow.  However, I will have a pretty short list if the money hasn't reached my account yet.

This doesn't help now but if you set up your PayPal account as a business one you can get a debit card for it. That's what I do for Bariatric Foodie.

I think mine is set up as a business account.  I've just always had money transferred into my bank account but it takes a couple of days.  Maybe I'll think about getting the debit card.

Steak and blue cheese spinach salad with onions and sliced almonds
Sauteed mushrooms over whole wheat couscous

Sounds good to me, especially after a vigorous Zumba class.

It's cooking right now and smells so good!  I have a thang for cabbage.

Oh, I'm having a few sips of beer while it cooks too.

As I said in the other post, we're traveling and will eat what ever my hand can reach: grapes, strawberries, yogurt/cream cheese dip, veggies, roast turkey, chicken or ham sandwiches, cheese, reduced fat wheat thins.
