Here's how my day went:
Breakfast - Fage 0% with white chocolate pudding powder, almonds
Snack - half a low carb slim fast
Lunch - chicken salad on a sandwich thin
Snack - cottage cheese & cherries
Snack2 - Tostitos and a little bit of leftover cabbage
Dinner - half a turkey sub (which I didn't eat all of)
Snack - 2 mini pb cup cookies
Breakfast - Fage 0% with white chocolate pudding powder, almonds
Snack - half a low carb slim fast
Lunch - chicken salad on a sandwich thin

We went to one of my favorite restaurants for dinner (courtesy of my mother) and I had seasoned filet mignon, baked potato with cheese, sour cream, and butter (hold the bacon), and some salad veggies. I will be having a large spoonful of ice crema in a few minutes for dessert.
Then, I will have the same meal (sans salad veggies) two more times this weekend! Thanks, mom!

i feel like all i've done today is eat. every 2 hours. that time of month, i always eat. now, i didn't overeat or go off plan, but dang.

Getting over an infection and on my third kind of antibiotic to get over it...learned NEVER, EVER take Doxycycline again.....my stomach was on fire...I was in so much pain.

Matrix mint cookie protein shake
Snack:
sugar free latte

handful of dry roasted nuts
Lunch:
4 oz of grilled salmon and 1/2 cup grilled asparagus
Dinner:
3" Italian sub, few bites of caprese salad with a warm tomato from the garden, a few bites of mussels and later half a cookie

In April my mom was diagnosed with Guillian Barrare (not sure if that is spelled right), she was told she wouldn't walk for 6 months to a year. However she is a fighter (my rock) and was walking in 2.5 months. She does water therapy Mon, Wed and Fri so I join her since I'm still out on leave. We did 14 laps in the pool and some leg exercises.
I'm still on 1/4 cup of food 4 - 6 times per day.
Breakfast - 1/2 protein bar
Snack - Protein shake
Lunch - More left over taco casserole (but it's all gone now - my mom stopped by to try and she finished it off - Another non-op that loves it!!!)
Dinner - 1/2 ww piece of toast with a little bit of pb on it
Water, water and little bit of Crystalite Lemonade
Will have one more protein shake before bed to make sure I get protein in. Have a great night and weekend everyone!!!
