What's for dinner? (Chick-Fil-A?)
KIDDING! Seriously. I was kidding.
Ugh. I did a stupid thing. I ate rice with my lunch. I am reminded AGAIN why I do not eat rice. Ever.
It has passed but now I'm sorta in that gray zone of not really feeling the need or want of nutrition. I'm gonna ride that train so long as it carries me.
About to drop off a present to our Girl Scout Troop leader. I think she's gonna like it. She's super into the history and stuff and I came across some Girl Scouts and Brownies manuals from the 50's in an old antique shop. We'll probably have a glass of wine and chat.
Then it's home to pack for Hillery's House o' Torture!!!
Here's what I had today:
1. PB on 1/4 Arnold Thin + a few soy crisps
2. Protein Frappe
3. a few crackers with olive tapenade, a bite of soy ice cream (cherry chocolate chip)
4. Egg foo yung + some rice

I'm on pureed right now. Can't wait to move on to soft foods.

I had a protein bar for breakfast, some cheese and a ton of raspberries for lunch, and sliced bell pepper with hummus for dinner. There will be some sort of snack later but I don't know what.

Hubby knows that I get a regular teaspoon of rice whenever we're having rice..... 10 - 15 grains is about right, and half will remain on my plate.

I'm off anything more solid than that, since I'm pretty much off chewing on either sside. See the Dentist Tuesday. Grrrr
