What are you eating/doing today? IT'S FRIDAY!!!
Woooo hoooo!!!! Its going DOWN in the spin class tomorrow (actually we might be going down....). Yes Nik has agreed to be my exercise crash test dummy for the next exercise article on the BF newsletter...so sign up folks so you can see if we survive our first spin class.
I have a session with my trainer tonight and then it's home to clean before Nik comes and sees all my funky laundry laying around the house and dirty bathroom...lol.
As for eats...so far I've had 20oz of water and a protein shake. I'm about to eat a chopped up tomato w/ some herb seasoning (I love my hippy coworkers...thier gardens have kept me fully stocked with produce for the summer since the bunnies distroyed mine).
L: 2 chicken tenders with bean and tomato salad
S: plain greek yogurt with fresh mango (pre workout)
S: blueberry greek yogurt (post workout)
D: I dunno....maybe Nik and I will go grab some dinner somewhere

Ended yesterday at just over 1400 calories in and 2100 burned. Not a bad day overall. Torqued my knee in yoga class going from low lunge to splits pose. Heard a loud pop, no pain, just discomfort.. Today it's uncomfortable, probably slightly swollen, and just "not right". Probably just a medial sprain. I'll get a sleeve if it still feels "odd" for my run tomorrow. I'm not skipping my 5k tomorrow. :)
Today's eats:
24 oz water and 16 oz decaf with creamer and splenda berore breakfast.
B - Fage, cherries, splenda
s - hot green tea, (a whole pack of) gum, water
L - chicken breast, cheese stick
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
D - no idea. Prolly eat out. I'm going to pick up my race packet today.

I've been running all day today... sometimes literally, usually to the bathroom. I think it is revenge of the Quest binge.
Up early with the urgent discovery my guts were unhappy. Felt great though so did some morning chores... back to the bathroom... dressed for the gym, fed the dogs, back to the bathroom. Drove to work, walked downstairs, back to the bathroom, to the lockerroom, bathroom..... treadmill, bathroom...
Sheesh. (sorry to post about bathroom so much in the food thread lol )
I did manage to get through the rest of the workout - no more running, just hill walking. then strength training (abs and back of all things). Home to help my mom then to counseling appt, home for lunch, then to massage... now I have a whole afternoon for ME?!?!
B1 - click vanilla /skim milk
B2 - WW waffle , peanut butter, 1/2 banana
L - 1/2c or so of Nik's Chicken pot pie
S - click and then other 1/2c of chicken pot pie
D - probably a turkey bacon adn tomato tortilla
S - no immediate plans for one, but I have cottage cheese, greek yogurt, etc
