My absolute best and happiest moments in life happen when I am planning something. Doesn't matter what it is.
The planning phase of new projects, adventures, travels, purchases, etc--that's my most favorite part. Sometimes if I'm feeling blue, I'll go to a travel website and plan the most ridiculous, lush, overly excessive vacation ever. I'll select a first class ticket to some crazy exotic destination and stay for two months at the most lusciously opulent resorts, and I'll book the King's Suite and shop for dozens of amazing excursions. I Google my destination and go virtual sight-seeing...
And then I click that little red X in the corner and come back home again.
I like to look forward to things. The anticipation and excitement thrills me. So if I ever really need a complete mood-lifter, I know that I can make myself really happy by planning something super fun and making myself wait for it. Whether it's purchasing a really cute dress online and waiting for it to arrive, or making an appointment for a facial or a hair color, or planning a dinner party. As long as I have something on the horizon, I'm happy.

My absolute best and happiest moments in life happen when I am spending time with my kids, hubby, and my grandaughter!!!

My absolute best and happiest moments in life happen when I pick up my kids after a long day at work and they are both as happy to see me as I am to see them. They both give me that much needed hug and kiss that I had been looking forward to for hours!

My absolute best and happiest moments in life happen when I hear a newborn baby cry, because that generally means that I can stop worrying, everything is okay or...I've done my job right and now the parents can stop worrying.
A close second would be when I am wrapped up in my boyfriends arms. It took me just shy of 30 years and a bunch of frogs to find my prince, but I can honestly say I think he's the love of my life. It helps too that he's willing to put up with my crazy emotional "former fat girl" baggage, lol
My absolute best and happiest moments in life happen when I am with my children. They are the light of my life. My reason for existing. There is nothin I love more than these 4 incredible individuals. Whether it's a quick phone call. A text from my adult daughter saying she loves me or a full blown cook out like we had at our camper last weekend. Everything is better with them!
