What's for dinner? Tuesday!
2. grilled chicken salad
3.sushi, edamama, and a few bites of mango
My daughter is on a sushi kick so we have been making it once a week. She makes the roll and I cut it. I had a salmon roll, but she has been experimenting with different fillings. Last time she did ham, pineapple, and cream cheese. Tonight she made a BLT roll with turkey bacon, tomato, and avocado. The sushi didn't sit well with me tonight. I think next time she wants sushi I will make a salad out of it and leave out the rice.
BTW, everytime I drink chike orange cream protein shakes I feel like my blood sugar is crashing. I don't know why, because their stats are pretty good.
1/3 c fiber one
1tbs peanut butter
1/2 apple
(sooo good together, feels so sinful)
Lunch
1/2 c ceasar salad
mozzarella w/ marinara
chicken, alfredo cheese sauce, olives & tomatos on a few "pasta chips" from Carinos
Terribly sinful jelly belly sugar free gummy bears, I am so glad they are gone, and I will NEVER buy them again, because I cannot eat them in moderation at all!!
Dinner -- Broiled cheese & mushroom stuffed hamburgers, and ???? I am not sure yet, it will be a game time decision, maybe some fruit salad..maybe a veggie..just barely feeling the burgers honestly.
Went to the doctors today to have my belly looked at. I haven't been going to the restroom to well or often so I was concerned... apparently it's normal... who knew when you didn't eat you didn't go.. lol. But at least I was able to set my mind at ease. Also met with the nut (HA! that went great together), I do need to up my protein intake.
Sophie is back to her normal crazy alert self and that makes me happy!
Breakfast - 1/2 protein bar
Lunch - 2 pieces of turkey bacon and 1/2 ww toast w sf strawberry jelly
Dinner - 1/2 flat out pizza with pizza sauce and cheese (delish)
Going to have a protein shake before bed (may try it with skim milk.) Tomorrow I'm going to focus on getting on schedule and start my day with a protein shake and end it with one as well.
Have a great evening everyone!!!
Btw, I'm coming over for dinner tonight, lol!
Oh to see what the Wonder Pouch can do with zucchini lasagna. It's a sight to behold.

So, come on over I have tons left!
What I could eat of that thing might be shocking. This is why I always strive to make things REALLY nutritionally beneficial. Cuz I can eat a lot of it so I try to keep the calories decent, the protein high and all God's chirren are happy.
