Oh no .. Did I Really DO THIS? ... Snippets

 Yes I did! ... ME.. that's who .. .when I woke up and took one look at the mural I spent soooo much energy on and my variable and oftentimes ignoramus panaMANIAC inner biatch (yup crazy Panamanian) decided that it was too darn busy and too darn green and those big pink flowers were an overkill .... I am like that ... if I don't like it I will fix it to MY TASTE .... so here I am SOMEBODY PLEASE TAKE THIS BOTTLE OF GESSO AWAY ... it can go and go and go and go and never seems to waste...

Yup, grabbed my Gesso and my brushes and dipped into ultramarine blue, purple, cerulean light hue and titanium white and just blotched out the ENTIRE WALL and mural I JUST got through painting ... OMG take the GESSO away somebody or bring me the crow bar let me knock down the wall ... oh no, wait, wait, wait, wait .... that wall has a history behind it ... my busted wall used to be my wall of pain ... as I explained in detail in prior posts ... and my wall revisited is a work of my own art from my head to the bru**** is FUN, REFRESHING, RELAXING and AWESOME THERAPY ... what an AWESOME WAY to engage the hands with a brush and not a spoon or a fork or picking at food ... and an awesome mood stabilizer too.,,, so I did not mind repainting my wall ... maybe I too need that wall...

Tired of the green I went for hues of sky and blue ... and instead of pink I love white flowers for this Latino black sista .... so I got to work ... and came up with a rough draft ... and made a comparison collage of my wall before (last week) and my draft wall now (today)
 

and of course I stood in front of that wall for my empowerment collage .... before and after RNY
 

and then all too soon it was time to get my butt to work this morning...  so I grabbed ANOTHER Crocheted Dress and took a pic of the awesome label in a size XS Moda International and slid it right over my head ... and made a collage of me/dress/and tag in FRONT of the new half way don mural... like this...
 
and of course I got tons of huggies from my ferrets ... this is Chiquitita my Dwarf ferret... my hair is slicked straight and wet LOL and I look like I had a keratin treatment when in fact I had to get some of the paint out with thinner and alcohol ... go figure ... I had paint on my eyelids and face even...
 

and now back to work ... break over.... thank you for allowing me to share my goofy thread ... may you all have a wonderful day...
 

OH NO.... I JUST LOOKED AT THE MURAL AGAIN AND AM STILL FEELING LIKE WHAT THE HECK? THE BLUE IS MESSING WITH ME NOW ... AND IT IS LOOKING MORE AND MORE LIKE WINDOWS '95 ... YIKES... GET A GRIP MARTITA ... LOL ... SOMEBODY AT HOME HIDE THE GESSO QUICK!!!! .... ohhhhhhh but I do love love love love love to paint... and that busted wall in the basement den offers me opportunity... YES!
