This is a really nice post, Nik.
Sometimes, (at least me anyhow) it feels like I'm being crucified for posting and I think that it's probably because the Vets have been here so long that you see/hear the same things over and over again. And then, I often think that maybe the Vets forgot what it's like to be at the starting point. Either way, I'm sure it can be frustrating.
I know the "crucifiction" is done with love and honesty and a desire to help me succeed. It's
just nice to see that we (newbies) are heard and appreciated...flaws and all.
Thanks to the Vets who keep me focused and answer my questions. =)

Yeah...no...I don't think we forget being new.
It is because we DO remember being new (and the mental misery and self abuse that comes along with) that we are so passionate.
If I could teleport you to what I know and understand now. Man! You would have such a great time watching the weight fall off! It'd be a party every day. ;)
