What's for dinner - Monday!

Tough day today. I'm dealing with work stress and stress closes my pouch.

B - Greek yogurt with Splenda

S - 8 peanuts

L - one bite of chicken couple bites onion, bell pepper, eggplant and mushroom

S - popcorn

D - avacodo with salt and pepper. Could not attempt to chew and swallow the steak.

Will probably have a protein shake before bed. Definitely low on protein

Dinner you say? Well that wonderful Taco casserole was mighty, mighty tasty, as was the mushy peas and brown rice to accompany it.

Will have some almonds and chocolate protein shake before bed. Oh and I drank a Potassium Chloride ****tail to help prevent cramps in my toes tonight (due to sweating profusely during the Body Bar class I did at 4:30), plus I've got my diet tonic water chilling in the fridge and will stretch thoroughly before I hop into bed.
