I got them at a local grocery store Big Y. I didnt even check the stats I cant believe 20 carbs yikes.

i can't find the ingredients anywhere. they are no sugar added though not sugar free, so it is possible it's the sugar from the fruit juice making up the carbs (if it's actual fruit juice and not just flavoring)

Yes, it is made with fruit juice, so that is where the carbs come from.
