Bohemian Rhapsody

A Bohemian meal tasty enough to make you say "Mamaaaaa oooooooh!" (lol)

In a vain attempt to return to Prague and be back on my honeymoon, I made sausage and braised cabbage this week. After I put it up on my blog, I realized it was a pretty good meal for post-ops. I ate about 2.5 oz. of the sausage, a scant cup of the cabbage, and 1/2 oz. piece of whole wheat baguette. You can certainly skip the bread if you avoid carbs, but I liked a little piece to sop up the sauce. :-)

Just thought I'd share, and it's a clickable link too!

I am going to have to try that! My mom and grandmother used to make pork, dumplings and sweet sour cabbage, it was one of my favorite meals, the braised cabbage almost sounds like the same recipe, my grandmother was Czech.

Sounds delicious and I have 4 heads of cabbage almost ready to pick in my garden. I can't wait!
