What's for dinner - Wednesday!

I've been home sick today. In bed all day which is unheard of for me. And I STILL don't feel better.

BUT...fortunately (unfortunately) the Iron Pouch stops for nothing...so I have a good appetite. That's good right?

Dinner...I dunno. I hear thunder. Thank goodness. That means a storm which means this heat will break. I have some tuna in the cupboard. Might try my hand at a one serving tuna casserole thingy.

Here's what else I had today:

1. 1/2 tomato cheese sammy on a whole wheat arnold thin
2. PB Greek yogurt with a handful of PB cheerios
3. Scrambled eggs w/ cheese and three tomato slices (I am out the wazoo with tomatoes so they will be the side dish to every meal!)

What's on your plate?

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

Hey, Nik! You're in Baltimore, right? I'm in DC and the storm is headed your way.

I'm off to Nando's Peri Peri for grilled chicken for dinner.

Fage Greek yogurt for breakfast
Spinach and shrimp salad for lunch.

Mmm, your tomato sammy sounds delicious. I'm sorry you're sick--hope you feel better!

Dinner tonight will meatballs in BBQ sauce with steamed veggies - black beans, carrots, snow peas, and edamame.

Guess what.... I don't know what's for dinner!  I totally do not plan on cooking anything either.  I'm going to take my rear to the bathroom, shave my leggies and then head off to the gym for a run and another attempt at Zumba.

I'm not shaving my legs for the gym.  I'm shaving them for tomorrow night's Dallas Summer Musical show so I can wear a cute new dress.  I could care less if I'm scruffy at the gym.  :)

I'll either be having "breakfast" of egg, turkey bacon, P28 toast (think I am out of tomatoes... moment of silence) OR Bariatric Foodie's Mexi-Cali Meatloaf w/ cabbage, bell pepper and maybe some cheese in the pepper.

I want a 'mater sammich so much I can taste it, but no maters *sigh*

B - was super late Click mocha / skim milk
L - Nik's Magic Meatballs on 1/2 deli flat with bertolli 5chz sauce, steamed cabbage, pepper w/ cheddar cheese melted in it
S - quest
- the rest of the pepper with cheese
D - something listed up there
S - cottage cheese w/ SF jello and fruit
- another quest?
- cherries

I wish! I had sliced tomatoes with every single meal, and now that I am craving a tomato sandwich there isn't a tomato to be found.  Guess I'll have to go... gasp... buy one at the store
