What's for dinner - Tuesday!

Just had a great workout...ran 4 miles and made it to my most favorite class at the gym...Body Pump. My muscles are tired but I feel so great!

Dinner- trader joes roasted veggie pizza and 1 oz of ham.

I'm counting down the minutes until I can have some water!!!

I went to a friends house and met up with another there and we had a girls pow wow. We had Subway and Starbucks! LOL. I didn't have Starbucks tho as I'm beig über diligent


I stuck exactly to plan including my dinner of a 6inch club with avocado and BBQ baked lays. I was absolutely starving all day log and I added a kashi bar too. Insane I tell ya.. Hoping to run tomorrow morning.

I'm just 3 1/2 weeks out so I did some swimming today.  For dinner I had some chicken salad and a few wheat thins.

 Dinner was crap.  Crap crap crap crap crap.

Well, dinner was cottage cheese, ground beef and ranch powder mixed and heated in the micro.  Then I had a garlic knot.  And another one.  Oh, and about an hour or so later... a third.  A couple bites of brussells sprouts.  A few bites of hamburger helper.  A NSA vanilla pudding.

Now I feel my glucose dropping so I had a half cup of milk and 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter.  Blah.

Consequences of **** poor decisions.
