I think I can watch what jicama tastes like over and over. HAHA
Early morning to help my folks get going to the grocery store. Their washing machine has been broken down since Sunday. I use their washing machine. Therefore I am headed to the store to get some workout pants that haven't marinated in sweat and funk. I workout with the trainer at 1, then work 230-midnight. Or 1130? dont' remember.
Anyway
B - egg "fried" in Pam, P28 toast, turkey bacon, slice tomato
L - WW Waffle, peanut butter, 1/2 banana
S - low fat chocolate milk with 1/2Tbs PB2
- quest
D - Mesquite flavored tuna, slice tomato, carrots, celery, a tortilla wrap maybe?
S - probably another quest

Okay, two pounds of weekend water gain down, one to go! I'm back down to 140.2 again.
Dinner last night was tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, topped with cottage cheese, turkey pepperoni and yogurt ranch. I followed it up an hour later with a protein drink and some pb crackers because I was only hitting 850 calories for the day. I topped off at 1390 calories with 149 grams of protein. Good day. Let's try a repeat.
Today's eats:
20 oz water before breakfast.
B - 0% Fage, frozen cherries, Splenda
s - green tea
L - Taco casserole I hope. I froze it and wrapped it in tin foil when I made it (a month or so ago maybe?) and hopefully it's edible. If not, I guess I'll hit the cafeteria and grab a protein and a veggie.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
D - no idea. I'll have my kids take some ground beef out to thaw.
s - depends on my calorie count, but I'll probably need one if it's anything like yesterday.
Today's dos:
A 5k run at the gym __________________

Finally back home after 2 weeks on the road for week. Was off yesterday and didn't accomplish much, but did get lunch/dinner for the week cooked. Got up @ 5:30 to walk & work out. Hope I can get that started as a habit, I've been REALLY bad about exercise. Eats for today...

I know it's hot outside today, but I am freezing cold in my office! Can't wait to go for a short walk at lunchtime to warm up.

Lunch - Lean Cuisine Sesame Stir Fry
Snack - half Quest bar
Dinner - leftovers of some sort (either curried chicken & rice or spaghett w/ meat sauce) with sauteed spinach & brussels sprouts

I am leaving work early today to go to the beauty school for red highlights! My daughter is a student there -- graduating early September. I haven't colored my hair in over two years, so this ought to be interesting! I will probably take only a short walk at lunch since I'm ditching work early and since it's another scorcher out there!
Food:
B - 1 packet of Oatfit cinnamon roll flavor
S - 16 oz decaf with vanilla protein powder
L - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1T SF banana pudding and a Splenda packet topped with 1/4 cup natural applesauce
S - 16 oz decaf with chocolate protein powder
D - I have no idea! Maybe some pintos and cheese since I'm not going to be home this evening.
S - 5.5 oz can of V8
