Gooooooooood morning!

It's a great day in my neighborhood! Or at least it has been for the ten minutes I've been up.

Today is work. Then I am doing SOME kind of physical activity. That's about as far as I've gotten.

Eats:

1. 1 egg yolk + 4 egg whites
2. Click Frappe later
3. I'm going to try Chike iced coffee
4. 1 tbsp PB on 1/2 an whole wheat Arnold Thins
5. After my workout I am going to have the fish taco I ditched yesterday to make a funny video explaining what jicama is. Like to see it, here it is!

I tried a Kitten Special for breakfast today. The egg yolk + many egg whites. When you first posted that I got to thinking...that's a great idea. The white is hardly any calories and ALL protein. I should add more of 'em in!

Thanks for that tip.

Whoo hoo!!! Glad you like! My MIL has chickens so she gives me about 4 dozen of fresh eggs every week -- I put 'em to good use for sure!

Be happy.

This is why I dislike homeowner's associations sometimes.  I wish I could have chickens.  At my next house I will be outside of city limits with enough land to have some.

Good Morning!!

I have an exciting day hopefully the kiddos will mind and not work my last nerve.  I'm going to my Mom's and keep my neice (she's 8) and my sone (he's 9) so my Mom can go to a funeral of a family friend.   Hopefully I can get some swimming in while they are together and count it as my exercise unless I'm not refereeing them.  LOL  Planned our food and mine so I can be good while i'm there and take some snacks to boot for them.   :)   Have a great day everyone!

B-  Scrambled egg with 2% Shredded Cheese (got my son hooked on this now) LOL
S-  Nectarine
L-  Cobb Salad
S-  Not sure-hope to be home by then
D-  another guess...depends on the hubby....we've been fending for ourselves since my diet needs are so much different than his wants.  Maybe salad or soup?

Preparing for another scorcher in our nation's capital today, so I made sure to get my cardio and weightlifting in bright and early at 5:45 to beat the heat.

Food today:
Breakfast: Black coffee
Lunch: Grilled chicken and salad from the deli
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Ham, egg and cheese on whole wheat toast. I'll probably make some zucchini chips to go with it
Snack: More yogurt or maybe even frozen yogurt if I'm out and about.

I've been grazing a lot lately, so that's one of the habits I'm focused on this week. A lot of it for me is about keeping busy; I snack when I'm bored. So tonight after work I plan to go get a quick manicure, take the dog for a walk once it cools to the lower 80s, and finish working on my wedding scrapbook. Our trip to Pittsburgh is getting close. I can't wait to see our families!
