Lately I've been partial to half a whole-wheat Arnold Thin with a THICK slice of tomato, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, just a "squidge" of mayo, salt and pepper.
Yummy. Ok. I'm done.

I have started kind of the same and it helps keep my calories in check. I would eat my planned food early and then be hungry (nay.... HAWNGRY) by the time I was ready for bed, so I would eat crazy stuff. Now I reserve calories for night time and have done better.

I love tomatoes as well. And somehow that is one thing I can NOT grow in my garden. This year I had a ton of them and rabbits and squirrels ate them. Jerks.
Next year it is ON.... I will have a bumper crop AND I will tie my dog up by the tomatoes at night (not really, he would cry all night). But I'll do something!
