I just started my puree stage today and had the most awesome tasting dinner (after a week of clear liquids)...Refried beans with melted cheese and a small dollop of plain FF Fage yogurt (instead of sour cream). I totally got my tastebuds doing the happy dance!

Small lincoln tomato (from the garden), half a red bell pepper (from the garden), anout 3 inches of cucumber sliced, 2 oz cottage cheese, 1 oz turkey pepperoni, 3 slices thin deli select chicken, and 1 tbsp yogurt ranch.  Sounds like a lot of food, but it was in total a cup and a half mixed.  And all just shy of 200 calories.  So I'm sitting at 850 calories and 106 grams of protein.  I'm about to add a 210 calorie 1 1/2 scoop protein drink just so I can break 1000 today.  Why can't I be content like this on weekends too?  Why?

Yoga was great tonight too.  Shoulda been a nice burn!
